After you receive a quote from us, upfront we require a deposit of the first month rental payment and logistics (one delivery fee & onetime pickup fee). Once the deposit is received, we will go ahead and dispatch the container for delivery within a few days, or at your best convenience.

At Builtbox, we operate on a month-to-month rental basis. This means you have the freedom to rent for as long as you need without being tied to a specific duration of months. Our month-to-month rental policy allows for greater flexibility and convenience, ensuring that our customers have the flexibility they need for their storage needs. Storage rent is due on the day the container is delivered and continues frim the same date on a monthly billing cycle.
